In
order to better serve independent producers in the West Coast,
All In One has opened a new production and post-production
facility in the Artist District near Downtown Los Angeles
last month. Actors, producers and other industry professionals
in the city attended the opening reception. The new location
provides affordable camera rental, HD editing and other post-production
services.
All
In One Productions is an early adopter of the 24p HD filmmaking
technology. We started producing films, television programs
and TV commercials in the format as soon as it was launched
in 2000. Early success included one of the first feature films
shot in 24p HD, MANHATTAN MIDNIGHT, which
won the Best Picture Award and Best Cinematography Award at
the 24th Philadelphia International Film Festival.
In
addition to producing our own programming, All In One also
provides production and post-production services for clients.
Founder Derek Wan recently finished directing and shooting
an action/horror film, SHADOW—DEAD RIOT,
featuring Tony Todd (CANDYMAN), for Media
Blasters, a New York-based film distribution company. The
film is in post-production at All In One’s HD studio
in Los Angeles.
Bridging
the gaps between film and video as well as between technology
and creativity, All In One has given lectures on the technologies
and applications of high definition digital formats at the
Hong Kong Directors’ Guild, Sony HD Forum in Beijing,
SMPTE’s Hong Kong Chapter and ITVA’s New York
Chapter.
Among
All In One’s current projects are action/thrillers DECEPTIONS,
starring Gary Daniels (QUEEN’S MESSANGER),
and FIELD OF VISION, as well as magazine
style TV program ALTERNATIVE HEALTH, and
a TV special on European exotic concept cars.
